Well, it’s over…we have a gorgeous home and never encountered the fears, stress or frustration we were told to expect.  It was, in fact, a pleasant experience.

For years Bill and I have admired Rick's workmanship and quality of homes that he built.  It was my dream to have one of his homes one day.  He always seemed to go the extra distance.  He added so much detail and didn't take shortcuts.  I could always tell which houses were his...he had this way of showing off his unique ideas in each home he built.  His character and honesty always stood out.  A genuine kind person and business man.  Anyway...we had found one of his homes in Buffalo Creek in 2005...but Bill's job took us to Pennsylvania instead...we were back within 2 years looking for a home in Rockwall.  We searched for new homes in the area built by many different builders...however we kept coming back to Rick Shipley Homes...there's no place like home...a Rick Shipley Home.  Our dream came true in March of 2007 when we purchased our new home on the Golf Course in Buffalo Creek.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you and all your staff for the incredible job you did on our new home. We absolutely love it. We felt confident with your staff every step of the way. We always knew that things would get done correctly and never worried that we would have a problem that could not be resolved. What surprised us is we had no problems! The experience was smooth and actually fun which is very unusual in the building process.
